What does it take to not only be successful in business, but a leader in business?
To become a leader, first of all you have to know your game plan and set your goals. Once you’ve done that, aggressively pursue them and most importantly don't give up. Persistence pays off in the long-run.

What are the qualities of a leader in business and how does someone develop these qualities?
There are a variety of traits that can be attributed to what makes a great leader, but integrity and compassion are keys to being a successful leader in any organization or business. When you conduct business and lead others with integrity and have compassion for those around you, you will be respected and trusted.

What do you think is the most important thing for aspiring business leaders to remember as they begin their careers?
The most valuable asset you will ever have is you reputation. Therefore, conducting business with integrity and honesty are very important. Not only is it important in running your own business or someone else’s but when you establish a reputation as being one of the best, it will precede you and opportunities will come your way because of that.
